How do I import my customers from another tool?
lınq imports directly from Jobber, Housecall Pro, and a plain CSV. Head to Settings → Import, pick your source, map the columns, and your customers, jobs, and history land as one record each. Most shops are fully moved over in an afternoon.
What does it cost to take payments?
Card payments run at a flat 2.00% in your first year (the rate lock), with no monthly card fees on any plan. Tap-to-pay works on any modern phone — no extra hardware. See pricing for plan details.
Can I add my whole team?
Yes. Every plan includes your team — there are no per-seat surprises. Invite techs and office staff from Settings → Team and set what each person can see and do.
Is my data exportable if I leave?
Always. Your customers, jobs, invoices, and history are yours. Export to CSV any time from Settings → Data, or email [email protected] for a full account export.
